For peace of mind we provide individually numbered reports by email within 24 hours of the examination. This will be followed up by an endorsed report which will be sent through the post. We will remind you when your examinations are due, ensuring that your business continues to comply with Health and Safety regulations. We can carry out minor repairs Free of Charge at the time of examination.
Although we have the capability to carry out major repairs, our primary aim is to ensure your equipment is safe and fit for purpose, and therefore have nothing to gain by the result of an examination.

If your equipment does require repair, we are able to provide a quotation, and can carry out the repair at a mutually agreeable time.

As we are not agents for any manufacturer, we are totally impartial and independent. Therefore we carry out STEs objectively and "without fear or favour".

We understand that your equipment is constantly in use, and therefore make every effort to make ourselves available at a time to suit you. No extra charge will be made for examinations carried out at weekends, early mornings prior to the lifts being used, or evenings at the end of a working day.

There are no hidden charges - all STE prices are inclusive of labour and mileage.
